1. What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if damaged or misprinted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hookergolfco.help@gmail.com or submit a request under or contact us page. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we send you if we accept your return request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. When will I receive my order?

Orders will be delivered anytime within 3-7 business days on average. If your order has multiple products, expect your order to take a few extra days.

3. What are the shipping options?

The shipping options are standard shipping for normal delivery times and express shipping which we will ship your order ahead of every other order in our production line.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your items have been sent for delivery you will receive a shipment tracking email with all the information on your order. If you do not see the email please check your spam folder as well.
