Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery
- Original packaging, tags, and receipt required
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
- Hygiene-restricted items (underwear, swimwear, etc.) are not eligible for return
- All items must be in original, sellable condition
Process
- Start your return at our online portal
- Select your items and provide reason for return
- Upload photos if returning damaged or defective items
- Print your prepaid return label and package items securely
- Drop off at any carrier location or schedule pickup

For marketplace orders (Amazon, eBay, etc.), please initiate returns through that platform's return system instead.
Refunds
- All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our eligibility requirements
