Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery
  • Original packaging, tags, and receipt required
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
  • Hygiene-restricted items (underwear, swimwear, etc.) are not eligible for return
  • All items must be in original, sellable condition

Process

  1. Start your return at our online portal
  2. Select your items and provide reason for return
  3. Upload photos if returning damaged or defective items
  4. Print your prepaid return label and package items securely
  5. Drop off at any carrier location or schedule pickup

For marketplace orders (Amazon, eBay, etc.), please initiate returns through that platform's return system instead.

Refunds

  • All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our eligibility requirements

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 4 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value
